Project Manager
Immediate opening. Federal Government Agency.   Full time onsite in Washington DC 
Typically oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.  Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.  Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.  Commensurate experience and education for the specific level.
 
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related technical field.
Minimum Experience: 10 years’ experience, of which at least six years must be specialized.
 
 
IT Analyst
Immediate opening.  Federal Government Agency.  Full time onsite in Washington DC 
Serves as an IT business analyst and conducts systems analysis within
the Customer’s time frame/cost parameters. Participates identifying problems and/or potential problems and in the planning, organizing, and performance of work for one or more technical subtasks within the relevant IT subject matter domain of the project. Under the technical guidance and expertise of project management staff, contributes to the performance of technical project activities and the preparation of IT work products. Ensures that all system products meet quality standards. Works as part of the project team; technical and managerial guidance is provided; normally works as a member of a team effort.
 
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related technical field.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of business experience with experience demonstrating the ability in analyzing business/financial/IT systems with a view towards identifying problems and developing potential solutions
 
Computer Security Systems Specialist

Immediate opening. Federal Government Agency.  Full time onsite in Washington DC
Analyze and defines security requirements for MLS issues.  Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to MLS requirements.  Guide effort to gather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena.  Perform risk analyses which also includes risk assessment.  Develop security standards.
 
Minimum Experience: 10 years’ directly related experience in all phases of systems engineering. Requires advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in all phases of the engineering, application, and development of multiple operating systems
 

Project / Program Manager
This position is responsible for the management, support and execution of a government awarded professional services contract and work stream. The position is responsible for managing a team and ensuring that work stream deliverables are completed as specified in the contract, and potential delays and other project risks are identified early and mitigated before they impact project delivery. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal, project, team and client management skills, and have a strong ability to work with a team and client base to resolve issues and risks and deliver based upon project deadlines. Demonstrated knowledge of solid project management skills and processes is required. Strong customer service practices and demonstrated communication skills a must. A college degree following a 4 year course of study in any field is a plus.

CPIC Specialist/Analyst
This position is responsible for Capital Planning activities. Experience with all or many elements of the capital planning cycle to include, OMB 300, Developing business cases, Portfolio Management, IT Governance, budgeting and capital planning, tools such as Prosight (TM), ecpic, preparation of reports, and EVM. Strong analytical, writing skills, a college degree with 5+ years related experience for the Specialist position and minimum of 2 years experience for the Analyst position.

Contract Planning Specialist
This position helps in the development and review pre-procurement packages, acquisition plans and support documentation and making recommendations to the Contracting Office. Candidates must have a wide range of acquisition expertise to solicit, validate, award and modify contracts, as well as comprehensive expertise in the full life cycle of federal government contract management and the Federal Acquisition (FAR). Candidates should also have the ability to effectively analyze financial and contractual issues communicate, and present findings, recommendations and supporting documents. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to validate and enter contract data into various contracting data bases. Strong customer service and client services practices and demonstrated communication skills a must. A college degree following a 4 year course of study in any field is a plus.

Senior Contract Closeout Specialist
This position helps close out contracts and de-obligate Agency funds in a manner consistent with acceptable SOPs, best practices and required timelines. Significant demonstrated knowledge of Federal contract closeout processes, procedures and execution is required. Relevant experience in this area includes preparing contracts for closure, generation of closeout documents, performance of contract closeout actions and data entry in a closeout database. Supervisory experience and demonstrated communication skills desired. A college degree following a 4 year course of study in any field is a plus.

Contract Closeout Specialist 2
This position helps close out contracts and de-obligate Agency funds in a manner consistent with acceptable agency SOPs, best practices and required timelines. Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Contract closeouts processes, procedures and execution encouraged. Relevant experience in this area could include preparing contracts for closure, generation of closeout documents, performance of contract closeout actions and data entry in a closeout database. Strong customer service practices and demonstrated communication skills a must. A college degree following a 4 year course of study in any field is a plus.

Contract Administrative Specialist
This position supports the contract close-out specialists to close out contracts and de-obligate Agency funds. This position gathers data and does document research to assist more senior staff members. As experience with contract closeout processes increases, the level of contract closeout responsibility as part of the team will likewise increase. A requirement for this position is to be able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks. A college degree following a 4 year course of study in any field is a plus.
